The final game of the season is finally upon Bishops Cleeve, as they have a mountain to climb if they want to make the playoffs, taking on Bideford.
The Mitres are currently three points off Shaftesbury, with the Rockies also 11 in front on goal difference.
Two losses in a row to Swindon Supermarine and Falmouth have put Cleeve in a very difficult position, and they must win big against Bideford to have any chance of making it.
Cleeve also lost out on the Senior Challenge Cup for a third time in a row on Tuesday night, as a strong Forest Green side took home the trophy with a 6-2 win at the New Lawn.
Hopefully the season can be ended on a high with Saturday's trip proving make or break for Paul Collicutt’s side.
Meanwhile, Bideford are confirmed safe and don’t have anything to play for, as the Robins sit in 16th.
The Devon side have had decent form in their last five with two wins, two draws and one loss, which came against Sporting Club Inkberrow.
The last time the two sides met, it was a one-all draw at Kayte Lane with Toby Holland getting on the scoresheet thanks to a penalty.
They’ve both played each other 12 times, with Bideford winning on nine occasions and the Mitres only winning once in a 2-1 win back in 2023.
