APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP BLACKBURN RUFC -- SEASON 2019-2020


Welcome to the 2019/20 season at BRUFC.

Thank you for your interest in joining/renewing as a member of our Club.

Please find attached:-

1. A Membership Invoice with payment ideally by Internet Banking; account details on the invoice
NB! Categories A, A/P:
If paid IN FULL and returned by 31st August 2019, then £15 will be added
to Membership Cards.
For Category C; a pro rata sum of £8 will be added

2. A list of Membership Categories.

3.. A Standing Order form to be returned to your bank. Not always reliable paying by this method
A far simpler way is to set up online. Sign into your bank account and use the Sort Code and Account Number on the form plus the correct annual/monthly sum (e.g. Cat A: £132/£11 pa/pm as appropriate). Payment effective 31st August each year/month. NB! Surname and Initials in the Reference field

Additional Information:

A Fixture List showing 1st, 2nd, 3rd team and Colts fixtures will be available on the BRUFC Pitchero Website. All fixtures will also be shown in the Club Match Day Programme.

International Ticket Application Forms
• Quilter Summer Internationals 2019: Details were emailed to Members in Dec 2018. There are currently only a few single tickets remaining
• RBS 6 Nations games 2020: Application Forms to relevant Member categories for will be forwarded as soon as details are confirmed to us by the RFU

This fully completed form must be handed to Bar Staff at the same time as payment or, if by phone, sent to the Club ASAP. Club cards cannot be authorised until Application Forms are received
I agree to pay the Membership Subs of which I understand that up to £110 will qualify as a donation for Gift Aid. I confirm that I have paid or will pay income tax to the amount the club will reclaim on the donation. I want the CIO to treat all donations I have made for the six years prior to this date and all donations I make hereafter from the date of this declaration until I notify you otherwise as Gift Aid donations.

A 10% uplift will be made to all deposits on Club cards, which can be used for drinks purchases only.

BLACKBURN R.U.F.C. is insured under the Rugby Football Union insurance scheme, details of which are kept at the club. Playing members are advised to take out additional insurance to cover sports injuries etc. Details available on request.

Categories C–F: NOT eligible to vote at the AGM or on other issues from time to time

Occasional Discount Facilities e.g. Entrance Fees to Matches and Social Functions are available to fully paid up Category A. A/P & B Members only

International Tickets may be applied for via the Club. Available to fully paid up Category A, A/P & B Members only

Membership Added Value Scheme : We are currently negotiating a range of "Membership offers" from our sponsors and suppliers which we'll notify all our members of from September 2019
