A good away day.
Starting the game with only 14 fit players is fast becoming the norm, but performing like a squad of 18 is also becoming the norm.
Another great performance where every player ran themselves into the ground to beat a full strength Sefton.
Tries from Harry Bowers & Niall Doherty gave Blackburn a 15 point lead at half time.
Blackburn then gave away a penalty try at the beginning of the second half, but bounced back 2 minutes later when Bradley Newell intercepted a loose pass on the half way to sprint over for the 3rd try.
3 minutes later Sefton ran over a second try after their winger managed to evade 3 tackles.
Captain for the day Sam Orr then powered over the line to give Blackburn a 13 point lead which was increased shortly after by some fantastic overlapping play which resulted in James O'Ryan scoring possibly the try of the season.
A job well done.
