Stones started game well and certainly had Harrowby, widely tipped to be at the top come season end reeling from the intensity of the Stones effort, but just before half time they grabbed the lead from a corner where a lack of concentration in the Stones defence allowed an unchallenged 6-yard header.
A 15-inute period after the break saw Harrowby totally dominate the game with Stones pinned into their own half for long periods and unable to fashion any sort of come back.
