The Myles N Kenyon Cup is a benevolent competition run by the committee of the Bury & District Football Leagues' and Referees' Association Central Benevolent Fund.

When first formed, the competition involved teams from four amateur football leagues, all based in the Bury area. They were:
* The Bury Amateur Football League
* The Bury Metro Alliance Amateur Football League
* The Radcliffe Amateur Football League
* The Bury & District Sunday Schools' Amateur Football League

Representatives from the above leagues, along with the Bury and District Referees'
