Vics pre-season programme continued yesterday with an encouraging 3-0 win against Ashbourne at Rolls Royce.
Gavin McCready opened the scoring after 40 minutes after Ashbourne had survived Vics' early dominance and given a good account of themselves in the first half.
Vics looked far more comfortable in the second half and Tristan Comery and Tristan Matthews scored to seal what was ultimately a fairly comfortable 3-0 win.
