Disappointing Performance

" It was a very disappointing performance from the players today and we got everything we deserved from the game which was nothing!! The effort, desire and work rate wasn't there and we got punished by a team that wasn't better than us talent wise, but they rolled their sleeves up and dug in for 90mins. The players were told in no uncertain terms after the game what is expected from them and that that type of performance is unacceptable. We are looking to bring players in to the squad to freshen things up and this is a challenge in itself as most players looking to be paid money we don't have as a club or are willing to pay out. We are looking for a certain type of player to come to this club who want to be here to fight for the cause and they need to fit in to the values and standards of what me and Sam expect week in week out, so watch this space and hope to make some announcements over the next week or so"
