"It really was an incredible performance from the entire squad, reflecting the Bournville ethos that we have had all season of playing running rugby as a team, rather than relying on 1 or 2 contributions.
"The coaches and all the parents can be very proud of the high standard of play and the attitude and behaviour of all of the players throughout the season – great work chaps.
"In the words of our hosts on Sunday, Droitwich, who hosted a well organised festival, played in the right spirit: Above all Players and coaches should…. - enjoy winning, but not at all costs. - be humble in victory and accept defeat with good grace. - leave the Festival with their honesty and integrity intact
"WELL DONE BOURVILLE U9’s, bring on the U10’s…………"
Don't forget our season ends with a picnic from 12pm - 2pm (ish) on Sunday 8th May at Queens Park, Harborne. The end of season awards will be given out, and we'll have various games (including parents v kids relays) so bring your trainers as well as your picnics.
