What usually happens is that Mums and Dads get bored of watching and decide that they might like to get involved and we would welcome enquiries from them. However we are able to use helpers from wherever they might come (for example this weekend 2 non-playing U10s provided some fantastic support to the coaches).
"Helping out" does not need to mean going through the full RFU coaching exams and nor does it mean having to do it week in and week out. It is however very rewarding and great fun! If in doubt about that talk to any of the Bournville Coaches and ask them why they do it.
Contact Head Coach (Abi Jenkins) if you think you might be able to help in some way.
And there is an open invite for any players (u10s upwards) who are unable to play but would like to help on a Sunday to make their way to the 3G, find Abi and get involved.
