As part of the build up to RWC2015 the Webb Ellis Trophy will stop off at Bowdon RUFC on Saturday 25th July.
It is due to arrive at 5.30p.m. and provides what is a once in a lifetime opportunity to get up close to this wonderful, historic and treasured trophy. A fantastic opportunity for a photo shoot with family friends and relations or just the "best selfie ever!".
Bowdon RUFC will celebrate hosting the Trophy with a family fun day in conjunction with Sale Sharks.
Entrance is free, although there will be a charge for car parking of £5.00 per car. There will be celebrations and activities at the club from lunch time onwards with a brass band and a carnival atmosphere.
The Trophy is due to be on site from 5.30pm for a period of a couple of hours and the day will close at 9.00pm.
The clubhouse and bar will be open from 12 midday where drinks and refreshments will be available throughout the day and the evening.
