The Executive Committee are appointed to manage the affairs of the club on behalf of the members. The Executive Committee meets regularly and at least once a month on the third Tuesday of each month.
If you have an item for discussion it should be notified to the Honorary Club Secretary (email firstname.lastname@example.org) for inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting.
The Executive Committee consists of the following officers:
- Vice Chair
- Honorary Club Secretary
- Chair of Finance
- Chair of Rugby
- Chair, Mini & Junior Rugby
- Commercial Chair
- Chair of Facilities
- Chair of Communications
The officers are appointed annually at the club Annual General Meeting.
Junior Committee meetings are held on a regular basis at 7.30pm at the BRFC clubhouse. The dates are advised by the Chair, Mini & Junior Rugby.
If you have an item for discussion it should be notified to the Chair, Mini & Junior Rugby via your Junior or Mini representative prior to the Junior Committee meeting.
