In 2009, Bradshaw became the 1400th club nationwide to achieve "Club Mark" status. ECB Club Mark has been developed by ECB and Sport England to set down criteria a club must work through that will enable them to gain accreditation. Successful accreditation identifies a club as one that takes the welfare of its junior members seriously and wishes to provide a junior section that is well organised and is committed to being a safe, effective and child-friendly club. This accreditation has to be renewed every 3 years.
