This Christmas it is even more important that we support those in need locally, and the club has decided to collect items for the local food bank. These will be distributed in the Braintree district. Many families are struggling, and if we can help them in just a small way it would be wonderful.
Boxes may be dropped of in the hallway of the rugby club, near the stairs, on the following days and times:
Sunday 6th December 10:00 to 12:00
Tuesday 8th December 19:00 to 21:00
Wednesday 9th December 19:00 to 21:00
Please note, these are the only days and times that we will be open for collection.
Please donate either a gift box containing 1 of each of the items listed below, or even just one item to be added to a box, plus please add one small Christmas Selection Box.
We only need items from the list below please as they have plenty of staple diet and baby items, and check that the items all have at least a 6 month shelf life. The Braintree Food Bank will collect the items from the club.
