From the EPRRS website:

The 2015 Annual Clinic is upon us and we will be holding at least 5 sessions, over two dates, and three separate locations. We are nothing if not convenient. Remember, this is a mandatory session for all teams (Club, College, High School & Age Grade) that utilize the services of the EPRRS. The cost of the clinic is $50 per Club and will provide instruction for the year as well as assistance for each Club's officers in their dealings with the EPRRS. The Clinic should take no more than two hours depending on questions from the crowd.

Every club seeking to utilize the services of the EPRRS in the 2015 calendar year MUST send a representative. All levels of club are welcome to attend any of the sessions.

Failure to attend the clinic will result in a $50 fine to the club and will place all delinquent clubs at the bottom of the priority list for EPRRS assignments for both home and away matches.

FIRST DATE: February 7th, 2015 - Two Locations:

The first date of the 2015 Annual Clinic for all clubs is Saturday, February 7th. On this date we will have two locations, much the same as last year.

The Western location for the clinic will be the West Shore Elks Lodge in Camp Hill, PA. The West clinic will begin at 11:00 a.m. The address for the Lodge is as follows:

108 N St John's Church Road

Camp Hill PA 17011

The Eastern location of the clinic will be the LPAC Cinema at Swarthmore College. The East clinic will begin at 11:00 a.m. Attendees are encouraged to enter the North Entrance of campus which can be easily located using the following address:

12 Whittier Place

Swarthmore, PA 19081

For individuals located in Philadelphia, Swarthmore College is located directly off the Swarthmore stop on the Media/Elwyn SEPTA line. If taking the train, you can walk up the hill, past the main building (Parrish Hall) on the top of the hill, then further past a few more buildings until you see a large, grassy area.

You will use the Science Center as your landmark from the parking area. The Science Center is a large building that wraps around the north end of campus and is very visible, with a very large window on one section. Leave the parking lot and get onto the path next to the Science Center. When you are on the path, the Science Center and Library will be on your right side and you will walk past the Science Center, the Martin Biology Building and the next building will be LPAC. It will say LPAC on the outside and you can enter in the front with the large glass doors. The LPAC Cinema will be located on the first floor.

On the day of the meeting, we will be sure to have signs just outside of and inside the Science Center and on the path so that LPAC can be easily found. Anyone can feel free to call either Tierra Fowler (267-357-4239) or Kitty Hamilton (919-937-4151) on the day of the meeting if there are questions.

SECOND DATE: March 7th, 2015 - Hempfield HS

Our second set of clinics will occur Saturday, March 7th at Hempfield High School in connection with the annual Frostbite tournament. Attendees can use the following address:

200 Stanley Avenue

Landisville, PA 17538

We have a room reserved in the high school for a large portion of the day and will put the clinic on at least three times to allow tournament participants and others the ability to attend.

Attendees should look to enter the building on the Franklin Side of the High School. They can park in the lot right in front of the building entrance. Enter the doors farthest to the right to enter the building. Once inside, walk straight until they go through a set of doors and the lecture halls are on their right. There are signs that direct them to LG1 and LG2 where the clinic will be held.

Exact timing of the clinics at Hempfield will be released once the tournament schedule is published.

In the event of inclement weather, information will be made available on the EPRRS website (www.eastpennrugby.org).
