Members in attendance: Lindsay Watson, Jean Solecki, Trish Delamere, Caitlin Bailey, Alex Orr, Candice Wierzbowski

1. Cheesesteak wrap-up
What went well:

• Netted around $5,470
• Up $500 in food, $580 in shirts
• Score reporting more efficient
• Players more willing to volunteer

• Refine score/red card reporting (walkie-talkies, walkie-talkie aps)
• Less expensive refs
• Refine rolling subs policy
• Go to regular grocery store for meat
• Refine t-shirt order
• Making sure other teams win in the raffle

• Trish for U-haul
• T-shirt balance to Baileywicks

2. Cornhole tournament

• Oct. 3 - friends and family day
• Trish to send out reminder email (to team and alumni - Watson to provide alumni contacts)
• Squash to make flyer
• Single Elimination (will need brackets, see printyourbracket.com)
• Teams must register by end of match
• Registration is $30 per team: $20 to register, $10 for beer for two
• $10 for beer from keg for anyone who isn't playing (will buy cheap beer for others)
• Give away koozies? Sell koozies? Will decide later

3. Fundraising events
HS/MS clinic

• Feb. or Jan.
• For 13 and older
• Good way to get new girls involved
• $75 per head?
• Shirt for registering
• Kids BYO lunch
• Need to start looking for a venue (United?)
• Trish to start looking at dates
• Meet with men's team to collaborate

4. More Riot gear

• Socks - already researched
• Pinneys/Lax jerseys - Trish to research
• Bags - Watson to research
• Sweatpants - Candice to research
• Candice to create Google doc for apparel research
• Alex to make list of remaining warm up shirt sizes
• Another order of shorts
• All new gear to be ordered at the same time, players pay lump sum

5. MAC update
New reporting policy

• Roster due 24 hours before match
• If match isn't reported within 6 days afterward, team that didn't report forfeits

• To forfeit you must exhaust EVERY option to play
• If you forfeit and absolutely cannot reschedule it is a 0-0 tie
• If you forfeit and cancel, it is a 30-0 win for the other team
