Take a bow Sam Baugh... He played in this game too just incase you didn't notice from the report!

***the UNEDITED version!***

The 4th team made a trip to Old Wulfs on a cold windy Saturday afternoon, on arrival we knew we were in for a treat as we watched there first team get beat by Telford, as our game started we quite quickly realised we were in for a ride as we went 2-0 down, then came half time, Sam Baugh and Charlie Walker the dream team up top thought let’s take the game as push back started Sam Baugh went on a run taking on not one not two but three places upping the ante and pace of the 4s game, slipping the ball down the wing to Ollie who went on a blinding run to finally get a shot on target, for the keeper to make a good save only to be mopped up by Sam Baugh making the game 2-1.

The 4s shortly found there momentum in the game and Charlie Walker went on one of his weird but effective runs slipping the ball to Sam Baugh for him to slip the ball to Ollie then all of a Sudden TAITTTTTTT ... goal, 2-2, Rob Tait the scorer.

The 4s found themselves on a counter attack again, for Charlie Walker to find himself in a 1v2 situation he wasn’t sure what to do until he eventually found a foot in the D to win a short corner, Sam Baugh stepped up and send an almighty injection to find Jules at the top of the D, Jules found himself quickly pressured with the only option was to slip it back to Sam who slaps it Back post first time with Walker to be in the right place at the right time to slot home the third for Bridgnorth.

The 4s found themselves on the back foot with the clock ticking, Henry who might I say played a good game, found himself committing a stick tackle in the dying minutes of the game where the opposition were awarded a short corner by the umpire, Alby Preece eager to get off the mark broke the line leaving only 3 defenders and Tony Swales to defend the goal, a short corner taken quickly with the youth of the opposition slotting the ball into the back boards of one goals.

The highlight of the game was Sam Baugh shooting on the reverse stick from top D only to sky the ball about 10 feet over the bar, the ball to go on and ping the cross bar of the rugby goal about 20 metres from the pitch.

3-3 the final whilst blows. A well earned draw for the 4th team, with stand out performances for Sam Baugh, Charlie Walker, Ollie Firmstone.
