Why did you sign for Brigg Town?
Nathan: “Me and Anthony Bowsley played football throughout our lives as kids up to the age of 19 at Hull City. We have always said we wanted to play 1 season together before we retire… so here’s to bezzies!”
Harry: “I signed for Brigg as they are a great team and a great bunch of lads. I played in Sunday league for a long time and decided to try the trials. I’ve always loved playing football and wanted to see if I could up the level I played at.
“The trials were great, it was a great turnout and I really enjoyed it. When Brigg asked me to sign I was over the moon and said yes with no second thought.”
What sort of a player are you?
Nathan: “Matteus Sammer….”
Harry: “I’m an attacking midfielder with a box-to-box engine inside me. I prefer it in the middle where it’s busiest as I’m not afraid to get stuck in.
“I can also play as a wide player. I like to press the opposition and play fast forward football. I like to slip players in behind the defence to create chances.”
Are you looking forward to your debut?
Nathan: “Yes. I’ve been a fan since I was 5. It’s a dream come true to play with my best friend Bows as it don’t matter if you’re black or white!”
Harry: “I can’t wait for it! I’m really excited to get on the pitch and give it everything I have. I hope to have a great game and show what I can do.”
What do you hope to achieve at the club?
Nathan: “Promotion! Simple as that….”
Harry: “I hope to help the team in any way I can and win as much as we can. I’ll always give 100% to help win matches and hopefully by the end of the season get promoted.”
Thanks to Nathan and Harry for their time.
