Brigg's last result of 2018 was a 2-0 victory over Louth. Cameron Hill and Jake Reed were the goal scorers.
There was only one change with Joe Moloney replacing Adam Gowing.
Brigg dominated the first half and were rewarded when Hill headed in Tom Pearson's cross.
In the second half Reed fired home from 20 yards to give Brigg the three points.
This was Brigg's fourteenth win out of fifteen - an astonishing record!
Assistant manager Simon Roach was pleased.
"The lads all played well and it was a comfortable win. We should have won by more goals, but 2-0 was a good result.
"We overcame quite a physical side in difficult conditions. I was happy with the work rate and effort from start to finish.
"Our defence and goalkeepers were untroubled for most of the game. We were still glad to keep a clean sheet though.
"That makes it fourteen wins out of our last fifteen. This season is going extremely well and we've won almost every match!"
"Hopefully we'll keep it up in the New Year."
