Brightlingsea Regent on their travels again tomorrow whilst the Reserves look to bounce back at home.

Brightlingsea Regent make the trip to Bedford Town tomorrow as they play their first qualifying round tie. The two teams have never met before and with both teams knowing the prize money and a place in the next round is up for grabs its sure to be a cracker. Bedford booked their place two weeks ago with a 4-3 home win against Ryman South side Chipstead whilst Regent were putting five past Burnham Ramblers to book their place winning 1-5 away from home. Bedford warmed up for the game with a 4-2 victory at home to Daventry in the league and Regent go into the game having progressed in the Essex Senior Cup with a penalty shootout victory against Stanway Rovers. The game kicks off at 3pm.
The Reserves welcome Ongar Town to North Road as they also play in the cup with a 2nd round tie in the Essex Premier Cup. The Reserves will be hoping to bounce back after a disappointing 2-1 home defeat to Wivenhoe Reserves in the Chell Trophy South Group. This game is also a 3pm kick off.
Come and support the Regent this weekend.
