Regent Manager James Webster has won the Ryman League Division 1 North Manager of the month award for November.

Congratulations to Webster and the lads, a great reaction after a disappointing defeat at Bedford at the beginning of the month saw the side win all their league games in November and climb the table. The team began December well too and made it 5 wins on the bounce.

The following article is taken from the Ryman League website and written by David Watters.

Margate’s Terry Brown can look forward to being measured up for another new suit after winning the Ryman League’s Nicholas Rowe Tailoring Manager of the Month Awards for the second time this season.

Brown was the inaugural winner of the Ryman Premier’s managerial accolade back in August and was named for a second time as one of November's three winners alongside Brightlingsea Regent’s James Webster in Ryman North and Hayden Bird at Ryman South Merstham.

As well as being presented with framed certificates to mark their achievements at forthcoming fixtures, the trio will be measured up for bespoke new suits by the Surrey-based suit and menswear specialists who agreed a unique new sponsorship partnership in August to kit out all the Ryman’s top monthly managers and overall managers of the year.

Like all winners, they will choose from three colours at the long established company’s 7000 sq ft 'Suit City' in Redhill. There is no restriction on the number of suits managers can win for their performances in Ryman League fixtures but joint managers will have to win more than one award to both be kitted out with the monthly prizes restricted to one suit per winning club.

Former AFC Wimbledon manager Brown took the top flight's honours for the second time this season for guiding his title-chasing side to three wins, one draw and a defeat in league action.

Brightlingsea Regent won promotion to the Ryman League this season under the guidance of Webster, the manager securing the cub’s third promotion in five seasons at North Road to see them playing at the highest level in their history.

Webster will collect the Ryman North accolade after masterminding four wins from four in the league, his R's side scoring 14 goals along the way.

Merstham’s Hayden Bird has been no stranger to managerial accolades since joining the Moatsiders midway through the 2011-12 campaign.

The former Bromley, Croydon Athletic and Carshalton Athletic manager is known for his hands on style and guided his side to four wins and a draw in league action, his team scoring 17 goals last month to help him secure his first Ryman South Nicholas Rowe Tailoring Manager of the Month laurels.
