Regent at home for the last time in 2014.

Brightlingsea Regent welcome Redbridge to North Road for their latest league game and the last of a successful 2014. The R's began 2014 with a 4-1 home success against Haverhill Rovers and the year 2014 saw Regent promoted again and they also had the best run in their history in the FA Vase. 2014 also has seen Regent enter the FA Trophy for the first time and reach the quarter-finals of the Essex Senior Cup for the second time in the past four seasons.
The R's had a superb 0-3 victory at Aveley in their last league game whilst Redbridge recorded a very good home win against Dereham before knocking out Ryman Premier Division side Canvey Island to also reach the quarter-finals of the Essex Senior Cup in midweek.
The two sides met last year in the Essex Senior Cup with Redbridge winning the home tie 2-1.
Regent are sitting 12th in the table having played 24 games and collected 34 points. The visitors are currently nine points behind Regent having played the same games and are 19th in the table, their away record before the big game tomorrow is won 3 drawn 2 and lost 8 in their 13 away games.
Two changes to the squad with Warren Joseph and Jake Gould both available after missing last weeks game. The game kicks off at 3pm.
For those of you wanting a double football fix tomorrow the Reserves are in friendly action when they take on FC Clacton First team. This game kicks off at 12pm at Strangers Corner.
