The First Team welcome Whitton United to North Road.

On Saturday we entertain Whitton United in our latest league game. Webster's boys will be looking to continue their impressive recent form and play Whitton for the 4th time this season. Whitton won the first encounter in the league 3-1 with the Regent winning the next 2 games 1-0 in the FA Vase and again 1-0, this time in the First Division KO Cup. Both teams have games in hand which if they won,Brightlingsea ( 1 game ) and Whitton United ( 3 games ) would see them go in to 3rd place and in one of the promotion spots. Before the game Webster will be presented with an award for being the form team in the Thurlow Nunn league. The club will receive £150 from the League sponsor, Thurlow Nunn and a £100 cheque being awarded to our chosen charity ( The Children's ward at the Colchester General ) The presentation will take place on the pitch at 2.45pm,It should be a good game and kicks off at 3pm.
