Try Rugby this September! - Try Rugby with the Sea Serpents is back!

Each year we run an 8 week Try Rugby programme to get brand new players into rugby and encourage those that have drifted away from the game to give rugby another try. We've helped over 100 people take part in rugby for the first time and we'd love you to join us.

Are you looking to try something new, learn a new skill, make some new friends or get fit? Have you ever wanted to give rugby or teams sports a try? Have you played rugby in the past but have been put off by the environment or culture associated with team sports? Then this is for you!

What is it?
This is an 8 week programme for new or returning players to develop the skills to safely and confidently play rugby at a gay and inclusive rugby club. During the programme you’ll learn all the skills relating to rugby including passing, catching, kicking, running with the ball and tackling. We provide a safe, inclusive and non-judgmental environment for LGBT+ and ally men to play rugby.

Every Monday and Wednesday evening from 7pm-8.30pm starting on Monday 4th September 2023.

Hove Rugby Club, Hove Recreation Ground, Shirley Dr, Hove BN3 6NQ
