Four Nil to the Lilywhites. See below Full Match Report.

Brimscombe & Thrupp triumph again in the BlueFin Sport Challenge Cup. Full Match Report.
On a bright, warm, blue sky and sunshine day at the Meadow the Lilywhites put on yet another fine performance in the BlueFin Sport Challenge Cup. It is truly regrettable that due to Covid 19 restrictions the game had to be played behind closed doors. Had there been a crowd they would have undoubtedly enjoyed a competitive but perhaps at times an ill tempered match, whilst sunning themselves in the glorious Meadow amphitheatre of football.
Stonehouse Town came to clearly try and take a local Premier Division scalp but were thwarted by the creative and energetic Lilywhites at almost every turn, despite an excellent performance by the Stonehouse keeper.
The writing was on the wall after only 5 minutes when Jack Smith buried it after keeper Pedrick couldn't hold the ball from an incoming shot.
One nil to the Lilywhites.
Keeper Pedrick showed his worth however when on 40 minutes Oil Barnes headed towards goal but this time Pedrick was equal to it and tipped it over the bar .
Half Time 1 nil to B&T.
Almost immediately after the restart on 48 minutes, another Oli Barnes effort is saved at the foot of the post by Pedrick but the ball falls to Ollie Pitt who dinks it over the keeper into the corner of the net.
Two nil to the Lilywhites.
After some excellent and consistent approach play, we go three up after 70 minutes when Ben McClean side steps a defender, makes space and fires accurately into the bag .
It's all over with one minute to go when Harlie Price' s cooly controlled shot also finds the back of the net.
A deserved four nil win to the Lilywhites following a great team performance against robust and uncompromising opposition. All the Lilywhites goals resultin from well worked and creative team efforts from back to front.
