The purpose of the draw promotion shall be to raise money for the provision of equipment and facilities of the Bristol Saracens rugby club, "the club'.

The sale of tickets or chances shall be confined to members of the club.

The first draw shall take place as soon as 100 tickets have been sold and draws thereafter be held during the first seven days of each succeeding calendar month throughout the term of the promotion of the draws.

Four numbers shall be drawn at each monthly draw and the purchasers of the winning ticket numbers shall each receive a prize of 18%, 14%, 10% and 8% of the monthly fund in the order of the draw.

On an annual date to be set by the members of the 100 Club Committee a "Super Draw' will take place where prizes of £250, £150, £75 and £25 will be distributed in addition to the regular monthly draw.

The whole of the proceeds of the draw promotion after deducting only expenses incurred for administration shall become the fund for the provision of prizes as stated in paragraphs 4 and 5 and the remainder for the purposes stated in paragraph 1.

Each ticket or chance shall cost £5 and shall be numbered individually.

Payment for the ticket(s) may be made by cash or cheque, yearly in advance or annually or monthly by banker's standing order.

Each draw shall be made by the promoter or President or Chairman or Secretary of the club in the presence of the 100 Club Committee authorised by the club committee.

All prizes shall be paid by cheque to the holders of the winning numbers who will be advised individually.

A list of winning ticket numbers for the preceding month will be displayed on the rugby club notice board and e-mailed to club members on the club circulation list.

A list of winning ticket numbers shall be kept by the draw promotion committee and be available for inspection at their address.

No ticket or chance shall be issued or allotted by the promoters except by way of sale and upon the receipt of the full price thereof and no money so received by the promoters shall be returned.

The first term of the promotion shall be for 12 calendar months from the date of the sale of the first 100 tickets.

No prize won in any draw shall be paid by the promoters to any person other than to the person to whom the winning ticket or chance was sold.
