Due to Covid 19 , and changes with RFU Registration this season’s registration procedures have been delayed but we are confident this will be sorted over the next two weeks. Your coach will keep you informed of progress and make sure all necessary information is with you as soon as possible. Apologies for any inconvenience, your continued patience is appreciated.

The RFU have introduced a new, streamlined and more user-friendly Personal Profile for all individual users in the Game Management System (GMS). Please find attached a guide for both returning and new players. All existing players will also be emailed with your GMS username.

Our annual payments for players 7yrs –Colts is £100 (half price for 6’s) but due to the current situation we are asking for an initial payment of £50 (includes family membership), which will be reviewed in February if games are restored and we need to charge match subs. Under 6’s will remain at £50. If anyone is in the position to still pay £100 obviously this would be very welcome.

This year in addition to the online registration. The only forms required are the junior family membership included within your subs and a covid health declaration. These should be handed to your coach.
