Sixteen Year 4 Bantams players showed up for an intense session of training under a mostly sunny sky with the exception of the final 10 minutes of rain. Players were divided into 3 groups (of 5, 5 and 6 players) and challenged by their coaches with a series of exercises including some interesting ones aimed at improving their passing skills. That is never bad. Last 30 minutes were spent playing an entertaining 8-a-side game in which every few minutes the player positions over the pitch were swapped. Team 1: Oliver Smith, Harry Pelly, Samuel Coulter, Yusuf Rizwan, Lucas Jarrett, Cameron Brown, Harvey Buller and Luca Revill vs Team 2: Alexandros Pantazis, Redford Hall, Marco Brancaccio, James Legg, James Moore, Sidney Rushton, Oliver Belling and Rufus Brice. A very tight game which ended 1-0 for Team 2 with a last gasp goal triggered by a Sidney attack from the right side which led to an assist for an easy, and undisturbed, tap in by James Moore who timely occupied the center forward position.
