The club AGM will be held on Monday 26th April at 8.00pm. The meeting will not be in the clubhouse, it will be held online online via Zoom.
Any proposals for the AGM should be with the Hon Sec by Friday 16th April, duly seconded. The section reports and the accounts will be sent out to you by 19th April and questions on these reports and accounts can be submitted before the AGM to facilitate the proceedings.
In order to participate in the AGM you will be sent the Zoom meeting invite, so you therefore need to register your wish to attend by using this web form. This needs to be done by Sunday 25th April. (The meeting will be a 'closed' meeting and only those sent the email invite will be 'admitted').
