The club AGM will be held on Monday 29th June at 19.30. The meeting will not be in the clubhouse, it will be held via an online conference call.
Any proposals for the AGM should be with the Hon Sec by Friday 14th June, duly seconded. The section reports and the accounts will be sent out to you by Monday 22nd June and questions on these reports and accounts can be submitted before the AGM to facilitate the proceedings.
In order to participate in the AGM you need to be sent the Zoom meeting invite, so you therefore need to advise us that you wish to attend, by emailing me. This needs to be done by Sunday 28th June. (The meeting will be a 'closed' meeting and only those sent the email invite will be 'admitted').
