The Wolves do play at the same ground at the union club so it is nice and local to us. The season for youth rugby league is May to the end of July so match’s the union season perfectly.

The Wolves will provide all the game kit for each team for competitive match’s.

The cost to you is an amazing at just £1.00 a week that is put into a lottery and gives you an opportunity to win regular prizes and also pays your club subs.

What do’s this mean to you?

It will give some of our youth players the opportunity to play a new form of rugby to most of them this summer.

The Wolves have a senior team and at this time also run an under 16’s team.

The age groups in rugby league are a little different to union that we are used too.

The under 16’s age in league is made up of two union age groups. (Under 16’s and under 15’s)

The Wolves and at this time looking for under 15 & 16 union players to players to join there under 16’s age group.

The Wolves are looking to set up a new under 14’s rugby league team and would like union player to join them.

This age group would be made up of two union age groups (Under 13’s and 14’s)

The Wolves are also looking to set up a new under 12’s rugby league team and would like union player to join them.

This age group would be made up of two union age groups (Under 11’s and 12’s)

My son and some of the boys in the under 13’s and 14’s played Rugby League last summer and it kept them fit all summer and gave them a large advantage in fitness for the union season. It also improves there tackling, defensive play and improved the attacking running lines. It was also a lot of FUN.

We have now set up the club connection between Buckingham Rugby Union Club and the Milton Keynes Wolves Rugby League Club

The first training seasons for the Under 15/16 age group will be held on this Wednesday (7th May) at Milton Keynes Rugby Club. The timing is 7.00pm to 8.30pm

The first training seasons for the Under 14/13 age group will be held on Thursday (15th May) at Milton Keynes Rugby Club. The timing is 7.00pm to 8.30pm

The first training seasons for the Under 12/11 age group will be held on Thursday (15th May) at Milton Keynes Rugby Club. The timing is 7.00pm to 8.30pm

Training Kit

All you need to bring is some trainers/rugby boots (Depending on the weather), Normal training clothes (Shirt, shorts) and plenty of waters.

All other kit will be provided by the club.
