Sunday 9th Oct Training Club

We have Alan Lane training us on Sunday so full turn out please. It isn't a game so everyone should be able to come.

We will be focusing on our ruck skills

Please review the first half of this match and concentrate on how and where the All Blacks ruck compared to the tackler.
