Wayne has gained an extensive amount of knowledge from his previous playing and coaching experience with the likes of Kenilworth RFC, Rugby St Andrew's and Coventry University to name a few.

Wayne joins Head Coach Andy 'Spyda' Smith who welcomes Wayne to the team along with Craig 'Craigo' Lakin who has also joined the team to become coach of the Titans.

Andy Smith comments: 'This is a decisive move to grow the back room staff to help the Bugbage squad stay in contention in both the 1st XV and Titans leagues. We are currently growing in player numbers after the 1st XV promotion and Titans county bowl successes last season and the club have aims and ambitions to continue with the momentum that we currently have'
