The Titans first league match of the Merit B campaign ended in a sobering victory for the opposition who were loaded with young and experienced Coalville players.

The Titans were let down late in the day by several players resulting in a huge mismatch in both numbers and quality, however Harry Robinson has earned himself a new nickname through the amount of tackles he put in throughout the day. (unfortunately, the new name can't be shared on social media!).

Final Score: Burbage Titans 0 - 100 Coalville RFC.

The 1st XV equally short on numbers and with players laden with injuries and playing out of position went down to a strong and determined Nuneaton Old Edwardians who had numbers to spare.

Though the 1st put on a good performance the lack of numbers took it's toll as the Old Eds were able to interchange time and time again, giving them two late tries to secure victory.
