The role entails the following duties:

Responsible for club and team affiliation to the Weetabix league and NFA. Electronic form to be filled in for both applications.

Player registration – registration evening & throughout the season

Player transfer and 7 day approach

De-register of players

Keep a central file of all players (club membership forms).

Main point of contact for the Weetabix league and NFA

Forward all relevant emails, documents and information to the Youth Managers.

Represent the club at W’bix AGM and approximately 3 club meetings throughout the year.

Complete a claim form for bursaries at the end of the season for the Weetabix league. (50% course refund, level 1, safeguarding & emergency aid)

Fixtures

Book fixtures in the diary at the club. Need to keep an eye on these as games can be double booked or cup games put in. This task can be the responsibility of individual managers.
