Please see below for the Club Membership Form. This should be completed by all prospective members (or their parent / carer) and returned to the Club Secretary with the appropriate remittance being made to the Club bank account (details available on the form).

The Membership Form can be printed and fully completed before scanning / taking a picture and sending to the Club Secretary or given the extraordinary times we are currently going through, ALL details of the from can be stated in an email and sent to the Club Secretary (with the sending of the email taken to be your signature and acceptance of all the information on the form).
