Information for Visiting Teams, Officials and Participants in Club Training Sessions

A full copy of the BJFC risk assessment is available at www.pitchero.com/clubs/buxtonjfc. To comply with the risk assessment could we ask that players, management, supporters, parents and officials are made aware of the following: -

BEFORE THE MATCH/TRAINING SESSION
1. We ask that each player and attendee self-screen prior to arrival to ensure that they do not have any of the following symptoms as they are potential indicators of COVID-19 infection.

a. A high temperature (above 37.8 C)
b. A new continuous cough
c. Shortness of breath
d. A sore throat
e. Loss of or a change in normal sense of taste or smell
f. Feeling generally unwell
g. Persistent tiredness
h. Been in close contact with or living with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 in the previous two weeks
There will be no refreshments available at any of our venues.

ON ARRIVAL
1. All players will need to arrive wearing clean kit, shin pads and appropriate footwear as there will be no changing rooms open before, during or after games
2. Upon arrival please come to the pitch side maintaining social distance
3. We ask that players bring or have access to hand sanitiser and sanitise their hands-on arrival
4. For the purposes of track and trace we ask that one official of each Team have a register of those attending the game or training session, and that you keep this list for 21 days after the event
5. BJFC Team officials should also make available a copy of the relevant Club NHS QR Code for those wishing and able to use the NHS Track and Trace App
6. Upon arrival we ask that players, management and supporters, parents, and officials go to the designated safe area and socially distance as per government guidelines
7. For away teams, we will assume that you will organise this for your team along half of one side of the pitch. Spectators will be expected to adhere to social distances rules on the spectator side of the pitch

DURING THE MATCH/TRAINING SESSION
1. Players should not spit or chew gum during games or sessions
2. Players should avoid high fives, hand-shakes or goal celebrations that bring them into close proximity with others
3. Players should avoid unnecessary handling of the ball

AFTER THE MATCH
1. All Players, management, supporters, parents and officials should leave the pitch / facility maintaining social distancing
2. We ask that players hand sanitise at the end of the game
