The RFL have announced an end to the 2020 season for our senior sides

Both sides had a great start to the year with the first team winning their only friendly against Wigan St Pats A at home 18-14 and then following this up with back to back cup and league wins against Roose Piooners before their final game before lockdown saw them beat Crosfields away in the league 28-14.

As we went in to lockdown Brad White was the top tryscorer with 5 tries in 4 games, whilst Alex Speakman was the leading points scorer having notched up 28 points in the 3 matches he played whilst the man of the match points table had Keiron Reed, Tom Hayman and Jack Callaghan leading the way.

The masters also had a fine start to the year with record numbers and fielded 2 strong sides in their opening games of the season against London Silverbacks and Chester Gladiators with the Rhinos victorious on both occasions.

Whilst it is the end of the season for both our senior teams the RFL are still pushing on with plans that will see our youth and junior sides recommence their seasons on the weekend of October the 17th & 18th.
