- Transition to contact, introduced to below shoulder tackling
- Season runs April through the end of June
- Practices on Mondays and Wednesdays at Flames Community Fields 2390 47 Ave SW
- Saturday games for May and June at Calgary Rugby Union fields
- This is a mixed league but if enough girls register, we will have both a girls and a boys team
