Over a year ago I was approached to run the youth at Camelford Football Club. I completed the Fa Level 1 Coaching Course alongside Joe Hocking and we were ready and eager to begin. joining us on our coaching team was first team assistant manager Phil Brown and Harry Garrod.

At the begining we sat down and talked about what we would like to see in the next 6 months. We were hoping for a strong core of players that would stick with us all year long and looking at making our football club more of community by holding special sessions (Christmas and Easter). We already have lots of ideas for the end of this season and next and looking to expand over the summer!

Growth is very important to our youth devleopment scheme at Trefrew Park. I want to encoruage parents and new coaches to take on a team at Camelford to expand the age groups we currently offer.
