Hemel Hempstead (Camelot) RUFC calls first virtual Annual General Meeting
The Executive Committee is pleased to confirm this years AGM will be conducted via zoom videoconference on Wednesday, September 2nd at 7:30pm.
Due to the restrictions imposed by COVID-19, the clubs’ Executive Committee has taken the decision to hold this years’ delayed AGM via videoconference in order to safeguard our members whilst making attendance as accessible for as many as possible.

A further communication will be issued via the club website on Wednesday, August 26th with the following further information;
- Details of how to join the meeting and the format for the evening
- Full reports from each member of the current committee
