NatWest RugbyForce is a national annual event that encourages rugby club members to get together and give their club a bit of TLC in preparation for the new season.
Camelot RFC have a whole host of projects planned for the weekend to improve and maintain our clubhouse and we’re asking for a little bit of your time to help. Be it all weekend, 1 day or just a couple of hours of your time would really make a difference and be appreciated.
Smaller tasks over the weekend include a general tidy-up, cleaning & repointing the patio, cleaning & fixing gutters, clearing weeds & undergrowth, repainting rugby posts & repairing car park gates.
The main objective is for Camelot RFC to enter this, our Centenary Season, with a newly refurbished Members Bar. Removing the old ceiling, replacing it with a new, higher ceiling with new lighting, saying goodbye to the dark wood panelling and brightening up the bar area.
Camelot have received a £500 RugbyForce grant towards the costs of any work, with the Club picking-up the remaining costs. If you have a trade that can assist with this work, please contact Carl McGinniss, Director of Facilities at email@example.com
If you can help with lending or donating tools or materials, that would be very much appreciated & would help keep costs down.
We will be starting daily at 10.00am. Volunteers of all ages, old or young are very welcome. Any offers of help are appreciated.
We have a whole host of projects planned for the weekend 13th/14th July, but it’s the membership that will help turn that imagination into a reality.
If you can volunteer any time, please contact Carl McGinniss, Director of Facilities at firstname.lastname@example.org
