Welcome to Hemel Hempstead U9s

The new rugby season starts at 10am on Sunday 6th September 2020 and will run through until May 2021.

Under-9 rugby is the first year of 'contact' rugby as the boys & girls transition from playing tag-rugby.

We are looking to recruit new players (boys and girls) who will be in school Year 4 as of September 2020.

We train & play fixtures each Sunday, 10am until midday.
