From your very first visit you will notice that Camp Hill is an extremely family orientated Rugby Club, where everyone is made to feel extremely welcome.

The Club is very proud of its strict Amateur status; Players or Club Officials do not receive any form of remuneration, as the entire Club is run by willing volunteers.

Camp Hill currently field Senior Mens and Ladies Rugby sides, Colts (U19) a "WAGs" Social Tag Rugby side, and a thriving Mini & Junior Section.

The Senior Men regularly field 1XV, 2XV, 3XV, 4XV and Vets sides on Saturday afternoons, the Senior Ladies play on a Sunday Afternoon, as do The Colts XV. The Mini & Junior Sections meet on Sunday Mornings.

The Clubhouse has a very traditional feel; around its walls are displays of photographs and memorabilia you would expect from a Club with a proud history of over a Century. If you would like to learn a little more about The Clubs history, please do take time to visit the “history” tab which you can find on the Home Page.

Despite its traditional feel, the Clubhouse has all the amenities you would expect from a 21st Century Rugby Club. Major sporting events are always shown on its 10’ screen and 42” plasma screen , plus, when needed, there is a sound system to rival many a local Pub or Bar.
On Saturday and Sunday during the playing Season, the Club Kitchen is always open, it is here that you can buy an extensive range of Hot Drinks and Food, all at reasonable prices; for example the pre-match 1XV Luncheon (2 courses) is typically in the region of £3!!

In the Winter Months, one of the main focal points at Camp Hill is the roaring log burning fire. There you’ll find many members and visitors whiling away the hours discussing all manner of topics. On a cold day we would recommend you stake a place early. (there can be a bit of a “scrum” to warm yourself up after an afternoon watching a game!)

It will come as no surprise that Camp Hill has an extensive range of Beers, Wines, and Spirits for sale, and for the Ale drinkers amongst you, we strongly recommend you take advantage of our weekly Guest Beer.

The Club and its facilities are available for Private Hire, if you are celebrating a Birthday, an Anniversary, or any other event, then please contact Donna Moore to check for availability.

If you have just moved into the area and are looking for a new Club, or, if you and your Family are simply looking for somewhere to come and have a relaxed drink, then please drop in an see us.
