125th End of Season Ball

We are pleased to announce that we have booked The Forest of Arden Marriott for the 125th End of Season Ball.

There are a number items still to be confirmed, but, basic details will be -

1) Saturday 11th May 2019

2) Numbers are limited to 300 people (30 tables of 10) - first come, first served!!

3) Arrival 6.30pm for 7.00pm, with Carriages at 12.30am

4) Dress Code for Gentlemen will be Club No.1's, Black Tie or Lounge Suit with Club Tie** for the Ladies, evening wear or Cocktail Dress

5) 3 course (possibly 4 course) meal

6) Estimated cost to be no more than £60 per head.

7) Discounted Room rate in the Hotel for those that wish to stay over.

8) We're looking into discounted Golf and reserved Tee Times for those who may wish to play.
