As you are all aware from today (24th September 2020) we have to adhere to new Government guidance of which will mean some changes for all of us that are very different to our norm.

The guidance is
- Pubs/bars/restaurants must close by 10pm
- Rule of 6 in place; in England the group of 6 INCLUDES children
- Table service must be provided and used
- Face masks are compulsory for
- Bar and Waiting ‘Staff’
- Members/visitors except for when seated
- Tables must have a maximum capacity of 6
- Business are legally required to collect contact details, just as you are required to provide them

These changes need to be strictly applied to everyone both inside and outside of the Clubhouse; if Camp Hill RCL don’t adhere to this guidance, we can be fined up to £10,000.

So when you arrive at the Club you MUST

Sit at a table with no more than six people.
Wait for table service; there will be no service from the bar. A server will come to your table, take your order and serve your drinks and take payment - card payments are strongly preferred.
Wear a face mask; they must be worn at all times when you are not sitting at your table.

Last orders will be served at 9.30pm and the Club will be closed and everyone will be asked to leave at 10.00pm - no ‘if’s or buts’.

There will be a volunteer Committee Member on duty policing the new rules and your adherence and cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

We all want the 'The Shrine' to stay open as best we can at the moment, so please work with us whilst we finely tune the logistics of the new legislation and as always our main aim is for everyone to have a fabulous but safe time.
