Help keep your Bar Staff serving you until April 2021 ! - Scheme closing at the end of this month

Hi everyone, we thought we'd let you know that we will be closing the "Adopt A Bar Bod" scheme at the end of this month in order that we can arrange delivery of the rather smart new Polo Shirts.

In such difficult times, the generosity shown has been over overwhelming. The scheme has attracted two new Sponsors (more on them very soon) and a number of Members and 'Alacacdo' have also made very generous donations.

So, if you or anyone you know would like to make a donation, no matter how small, please transfer to the Account below, using the reference, "Adopt A Bar Bod"

Camp Hill Rugby Club Ltd
Sort Code = 40 42 12
A/C = 72496399

Should donations be via a Company, please contact Nick at nmfreeman43@gmail.com, who, as we're such you appreciate, will be more than happy to arrange the necessary paperwork.

We will release news on the Sponsors and a final total at the end of the month.

Thanks again for your support

‐---------------

Hi everyone, hope you're keeping well?

Whilst there is no competitive Rugby on the horizon, keep your eyes peeled as there'll be a fair bit of exciting news coming over the next few days.

Since the Club re-opened on 4th July your support has been magnificent, Thank You so much, it really is very much appreciated.

As you know, recently the Law regards serving from the Bar has changed, and until we're informed otherwise, all Bar Service must now be table service.  It'll come as no surprise that like any other Pub  or Bar, this had had a huge affect on the Club.

Whilst early week Donna Moore is keeping the Club Bar open courtesy of Volunteers, she has informed that Staffing the Bar in line with the new legislation on Friday, Saturday and Sunday's adds an additional 300.00 to the weekly wage bill.

Consequently, we're starting an 'Adopt A Bod' scheme, which, we hope by raising 7200.00 will support the additional Staff required to keep the Club serving us all until April 2021 (an awful lot, we know!)

Apart from the undying gratitude of the Club, the Members and Staff, each Sponsor will help provide every Staff Member a rather smart branded Polo shirt.

1) Have their Company Logo displayed on each Shirt

2) Receive full coverage (in Hyperlinks to their Web Page) on Club Web Page and all Social Media Platforms

3) Shared display on Pitchside Ad boards for the 2020/21 and 2021/22 Seasons

4) Inclusion in 1XV Match Day Programmes once games re-commence

5) Invitation to 1XV home game and Bar Sponsors Luncheon for 4 persons.

6) Hopefully, exposure in the Local Press

We are attempting to reach the target by selling 600.00 'blocks", however, any contributions are very welcome.

To that end, we are very pleased to introduce you to Caroline Clarke of Rocol Services Ltd (M&E Surveying & Commercial Management) who is the very first Bar Bod Sponsor ! - (Caroline Clarke pic right)

Caroline, her Husband Brendan, daughter and Touch Rugby Player, Roisin are regular supporters of the Thursday Night BBQs, and we're sure you'll join us in thanking them for their generosity and support.

So, if you can help, or if you if know of any Company's or Organisations who can support the Club in exchange for the package mentioned above, please do contact Nick Freeman on 07966 465932 or email at nmfreeman43@gmail.com
