It is intended that this year’s Annual General Meeting of Camp Hill Rugby Club Limited, will be held on Monday 25th July 2022, at 7.30pm at the Club; Government guidelines will be adhered to, if still in place.
The business to be transacted at the Meeting, is as follows
1 To receive apologies for nonattendance
2 To confirm the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
3 To receive and if so resolved, to adopt the Report of the Committee for the season 2021/2022
4 To receive and if so resolved, to adopt the Balance Sheet and Statement of Accounts – for the year ended 30th April 2022
5 To elect or appoint
• Directors and Officers of the Club
• Life Members – and/or Trustees, as required
6 To fix annual subscriptions for 2022/2023 season
• deal with any other matter, which the Directors and Company Members may desire to bring before voting members
• receive suggestions from the voting members for consideration by the Directors.
The Annual Report for 2021/2022 will shortly be available for viewing via www.chrfc.co.uk; limit copies will be available at the AGM.
