U10s v Old Yards

Camp Hill Under 10’s were victorious against old rivals Old Yardlians last Sunday, winning both of their hard fought matches at home. In two fiercely competitive games, the youngsters put in the most impressive defensive display coach Sam Taylor has ever seen form her squad. Tackle after tackle after tackle went in and even though it was obvious they were tired, they did - not- give - up. Every opportunity they had to steal the ball they did, both on the floor and out of hand and with a wonderful display of passing and running skills, they took advantage of every opportunity that came their way and scored. The first game was won 4 tries to 2 and the second 2 nil. Thank you to all the parents and supporters from both clubs, who supported the children so beautifully from the touchline. And thank you to old Y’s who supplied the ref. A great mornings rugby.
