27th Jan Recruitment Day DW – the Cougars will be doing rugby related games and activities and talking to people about coming along to join us.

2nd Feb – Recruitment event in town and watching 6 nations game in Carlisle

17th Feb – Training/Games – Kendal

24th Feb – Friendly: venue and opposition TBC

10th March Training/Games – Workington or an away friendly

24th March – League – H- Bucks

April – date to be confirmed – county friendly
