Season success story

The 2015 Cricket Season comes to an end on a high both on and off the field.
Skipper Rob Holah, his wife Andi and son Noah introduce second son Eli into the world to coincide with the most successful season for the Club since promotion to the Hunters York & District Senior League Premiership in 2002.
The last match of the season and victory against Yapham saw third place secure and promotion to Division Two next season. It also meant that the side just missed out on the title by less than one win and finished with only one defeat all season, against the eventual champions Scarborough. Congratulations to them.
The highlight of the season though was the outstanding success in the League Readman Trophy, winning the Competition for the second time, defeating local rivals Goole Town in the Quarter finals and Selby in the final tie at Osbaldwick.
